Life will present difficult situations and stressors to us all and individual psychotherapy is useful for those wanting to take an active role in living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I employ a therapeutic approach which is integrative, drawing on evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and focused on individual treatment needs. I work to develop a nurturing and collaborative therapeutic relationship that is culturally-sensitive.

An emphasis on skill-building, development of self-awareness, and a strength-based approach to enhance resilience helps clients achieve healthier and happier relationships with themselves and others and ultimately a more satisfying and fulfilling future.

I am a Life Coach, working with women who are ready to make significant changes in their lives, increase wellbeing, and to live more fully.

The women I work with are making life transitions, have experienced loss or other intense difficulty, or are wanting to re-create or refocus their life and achieve personal or professional goals. I know from my own life and my work with other women that clarifying your values, raising self-awareness, learning to claim and truly inhabit your space, and use personal strategic planning to increase your own satisfaction in your life pays off.

The relationship between Coach and Client is direct and challenging, yet compassionate. You set the goal and we work together to achieve it. I will challenge you to engage yourself and what you want, identify and interrupt negative behavior patterns and build positive ones, and explore new perspectives and new approaches to move you forward toward the life you want.
